2006 Kawasaki 650 Ninja gets 43/50 city/highway miles to the gallon.
45 x 4 = 180miles to the tank.

Most motorcycles get anywhere from 30 to 60 miles per gallon depending on size and how and where you drive.

They also typically have a reserve tank of .25 to .5 gallons. When used properly you don't have to really pay too much attention to your mileage or if you have a fuel gauge (not many do). You can just switch to your reserve tank and start looking for a station.

If you take the time to calculate your average mpg and look up the size of your reserve tank you will know about how many miles you have to find a station.

Start looking for a gas station at about 150-160 miles. Always reset the trip odometer when you refill the tank so you can keep track of the mileage

Have fun riding!

Make sure you put the petcock on the "on" position. Then drive till you run out of gas. Note the mileage, switch the petcock to "reserve" and then drive to the nearest gas station. After filling up, always keep it on the "on" position and never go over that mileage.

After you run out of gas it might take a minute to start back up because the lines are dry. Keep at it. It should start up fine after a try or two.

its gonna vary on how much you ride and how hard you ride it if you ride hard your gass mileage will go down but im guessing you should at least get 150 miles out of that tank.
