It rains everywhere in Florida due to the heat. I would not change your plans because the storms are unpredictable. There are other things you can do when it rains. You could hang out in the stores. The CityWalk at Universal has a movie theatre. If you are in a park when it rains, you could go see one of the indoor shows or find a ride that is indoors. Universal Islands of Adventure as Spiderman which is indoors. E.T. at Universal is indoors. There are many more. If you are gong to Disney, you could go on Space mountain. Heck, you could go on Splash Mountain, you'll be wt any way. In Downtown Disney they have DisneyQuest which is indoors. There are so many options you could do, don't change your plans. Besides, the storms in Florida, do not last long.

As of today for the rest of this week Orlando has a 20 - 30 % chance of rain, but that could always change. For the most part we usually don't get rain until the later afternoon hours when the sea breezes collide together. Most of the time the rain won't last for more than an hour or 2 if that. I left a link to one of the TV stations in Orlando, you'll be able to check out the local weather.

I have not have been given any theory what Orlando you have been finding at for the previous few weeks. we've been dealing with a very dry spell for the previous few months and function had very, little or no rain. In a typical August you will get your afternoon 15-30 minute bathe. in no way a dreary long island or London all day drizzle.

Your best bet would to track the weather everyday, as it changes a lot. If its been raining alot, chances are, it will rain. Keep checking the weather, and you might just see sunshine.
