1. If you have a large group coming to Wrigley Field, you may want to look into getting a Roof Top. Though you are farther away from the game, you usually get your own section on a roof of Waveland or Sheffield. For anywhere between $50 and $150 per person, you have your own personal party. Most have catering services as well.

The Cubs do not control seating on apartment buildings. However, a couple of years ago the organization considered putting up some kind of tarp to prevent neighborhood apartments from selling tickets for games. They are not counted as total attendance. I would guess tickets would be 25-50 dollars, but you are probably part of a group. I doubt the view is great, but the experience probably is.
