How come my other half will 'give it a go' every few months and ruin something everytime ?

It seems simple enough, but when there are women's clothes involved, forget it. Men wash everything in large loads with warm water. If it involves something else, forget it.

Well, it's an inborn talent that we guys possess. It's like last week when I was asked to wash the dishes, there's only so much food and grease one can scrape off of a plate before starting on the next one.
Though there are some that deliberately mess it up so as not to be asked to do it again :)

No, in fact I would almost prefer to do the laundry of my work clothes. My loving and lovely wife just can't seem to figure out that if you don't take the slacks and shirts out of the dryer when they are hot, they will be wrinkled when you hang them up. So every day, I have to take the clothes that I will wear for the day and put them in the dryer while I shower. HA! But I lover her, so I don't make a big deal about it...I just do it.

My wife did that as soon as we moved in together...she ruined a few of my expensive golf shirts and I have done all my own laundry since....so it's not just guys!! lol She deosn't like how I fold the towels though, so I don't do those anymore.

i'm a woman n i'm shy til u get to comprehend me. i will sit down in college quiet n no longer communicate over with every person n wen ppl communicate over with me i'm getting worried...... yet while ik u n have been acquaintances i'm so plenty extra outgoing .... I basically get worried around extra present day human beings n i'm getting scared..... adult males constantly calls me lovable n beautiful cuz i'm shy, short, have been given an excellent physique, im sweetheart til u piss me off, stuff like that......

i guess some guys are like that, actually, alot of guys, especially americans. 'cause they grew up having their mommies doing that for them, so they really don't have the patience, some just really don't know how. i started doing my whole family's laundry when i was 10, 'cause my parents worked all the time, so we could eat. i never had a problem with it.

They probably do because I wouldnt want my husband washing the clothes anymore. And he probably did that with the dishes too.

omg mine does this with everything! dishes, hoovering, and ironing, he irons creases in everything so he doesnt have to iron, but he was in the cadets and can iron to perfection.
Still it must be my fault, I think it's easier to do it myself rather than wait on him messing it up! even when he cooks, he makes a big mess and I have to clean it up! actually now that I think about it I might ask him to move out lol.
