Disney Channel has Talent Searches occasionally, such as this one last November:
http://apsc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/talentsearch/
The "Disney Channel Talent Search 2007" in the UK is just about wrapped up, but I will post new Disney Channel Talent Searches on my Answers "about me" section when they become available.
There are NO current Disney Channel Open Calls scheduled.
Disney Channel has canceled any plans for Open Talent Searches due to the overwhelming turnout at these events. The popularity and success of the shows on the Disney Channel has made it extremely difficult to handle the crowd control and maintain the safety of the participants.
Currently the casting of the shows on the Disney Channel are being conducted through standard industry procedures.

I'll post this yet again:
"The Disney Channel" doesn't have auditions. It's not a junior high play. The shows on the Disney Channel have casting people who send out what are called "breakdowns" to registered agents. These are lists of roles that are being cast and the types of actors that are needed. The agents then comb through their clients to see if any of them meet those criteria. If they do, those actors (or the video reels of their previous work) are sent out to read for particular parts. The network doesn't just hold an open audition and hope that people will show up.
You're not going to get seen by anyone at any of the production companies just by contacting them and telling them how much you like their shows. You need to have a legitimate agent who will send you out for jobs, and even then the odds are slim of A) even getting an agent in the first place, B) getting sent out for something, and C) getting sent out for a show on the Disney Channel.

Be careful with scams. Sooner or later they are going to ask you for money or try to get you to register in some class. Each show has it's own auditions. If you do not have an agent or a manager and are not in the industry, it is very unlikely that you are going to get to a real audition and on a show.

Interesting question.
There was a program on tv this afternoon about Disney.
In the program it was mentioned that Disney actors were former mousekeeters, such as Britney, and others, and they don't usually bring on anyone that what not on a Disney show.
In other words, they keep Disney actors in Disney programs and typically do not use non-Disney actors.

This is asked every day. Look up the answers the others got.
Short answer is you can't. You'll need a SAG franchised agent to rep you and you can't get one unless you have a lot of experience and training and are ready to act professionally. And welcome back frozengrocer!
