you are having a circulatory problem. By making a know on your foot the swollen will not heal, it will get worse. In the case that you keep that not you will not let oxigen get to the muscle, nerves and bones thats call necrosis. Also the non oxigened blood in your foot cuagulates forming clots this clots get stoke in the little vessels of the toes o the vessels that supply the bone this tissues become necrotic or died. A dies tissue does not have white cells so is more prone to infections spreding, nerves die so you going to get your foot traumatice each time you walk by concecuence those necrotic tissues have to be amputated to stop the spreading. Go to a podiatrist then go to a cardiologist that swelling mean that you has some kind of sickness on your heart. And please take out that knot from yout foot

I have had many foot problems. The remedy that has helped me is Epsom salts. I soak my foot in the hottest water that I can endure for about 1 hour. I do this for about 2 weeks. Pain is really (in my opinion) your body saying "be aware" of what is going on in your body. I am surprised that it only took 3 days to heal. I go to the doctor to diagnose the knot and then treat it as I see fit.

That's a blood clot left over from your injury. Take your thumb and massage gently, then a little harder. Do this 2-3 days and I bet it'll be gone. P.S. This is a Chinese remedy. I tried it and it's great.
