If the question is about the second half, then your team is fairly solid. Most of your hitters are historically good in the second half, outside of a couple things. Get Renteria. The guy is a hitting machine. He's an upgrade over Lugo and Wigginton. I can't believe he's even available. Also, keep an eye on Lilly and Penny as they are both terrible second-half pitchers (historically). Lilly's numbers have been good lately, but note he's pitched against Washington and Pittsburgh in his last three starts. I watched Penny on ESPN against SF and he looked alright, but you might want to see if you could get a couple arms in return for him while his 13-2 record looks awesome. Kazmir is a guy I would definitely look at getting as far as pitching, so drop Wigginton to get him and drop Lugo to get Renteria.

Great team, but could use some adjustmants:
1. Make D-Lee your utility man, or trade him, Buehrle, and Morneau for any fir st baseman and pitcher in the league
2. Polanco is about 1 million and a half times better than Cano, b/c, well, everything
3. Matthews Jr. is better than Chone Figgins
4. If you don't do the trade w/ Buehrle* (see #1), then get Wakefield (he gets tons of wins even w/ the least run support of any pitcher in the league).
But your team is really good stacked with power and RBI's, and by the way Lugo isn't only for SB's, he batted .410 in July.

Well, your team is pretty well built for the second half. Penny usually fades, as he started this way last year, and Vernon Wells should do very well. I would probably drop Lugo and add Renteria or Cabrera. Honestly, I'm surprised those guys are on the free agency. I would also drop Dave Weathers and pick up Kevin Gregg, as Gregg gets more save oppurtunities. I would also consider droppin Wigginton and Lugo for Renteria and Cabrera, and then trading one. You have a great starting rotation though. Hope I could help!

dont take kazmir i have him and only take him as a last resort your team is perfect except you need more power hitters i suggest taking Dan Uggla or brandon phillips as a 2nd baseman if their available because they're both underrated and help with homers, rbis, and runs.
