well when im bored i watch tv and serf the web at the same time or i bother my little sister. if im still bored i sleep for like 4 hrs

I play guitar. Improvise with scales and CAGED shapes, play some good old blues and metal riffs and punk solos and all that stuff... Just whatever comes to mind. Take up an instrument!
