When i am at work..this guy talks so badly about his wife sometimes and sometimes normal. Then he flirts terribly. But he won't leave her nor do anything to resolve the terrible situation he says he is in with her. What do you think of this?

No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. More than likely he's just saying the crappy stuff so some woman will feel sorry for him and play into his stupid game. Him not leaving his wife speaks volumes. Most of the time they hook with different women but stay with their wives, until the wife finds out and leaves him.

he is going through the phase try to deal with the ups and downs in his marriage. When things goes well with her, he will talk normal (as you said) and when she goes off being a pain in his butt then he will talk badly about her. Why doesn't he leave her. Well there must be a lot of reasons that he haven't left her. Maybe he still care about her even she is a pain in his butt. There might be children involve and their is the finance issue. why can the two of them resolve this issue between. It's depend on what kind of woman that he married. Will she listen and comply or turn a deaf ear.

I've seen and heard about this tons of times.
He's talking badly about her to gain sympathy so that some poor woman will sleep with him but not expect a relationship because he's married.
He'll say he can't cuz of the kids, or he can't afford to divorce.. there could be a million reasons but a good thing to remind yourself of in life as far as complaining goes: "EITHER DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE IT OR SHUT THE HELL UP."
Tell him that sometime, see what he does!

He's a loser. He talks badly about his wife because he wants to have someone (a girl) feel sorry for him, so he can cheat on his wife and it to be "justified". If he was truly unhappy he'd either try to work it out or he'd leave her. This guy is a loser your better off staying away from him!

He's acting like a lil' biatch!!!
-He's looking for a naive, lonely, stupid _O to fall for his game
-Once he gets a piece of as* and uses some _O he will feel better about himself, then he'll pop his collar up.
Be careful because this guy sounds manipulative and this is how affairs start.
Stay away from him, before he tries to lure you in the bed and take advantage of you, and then you will be another of his statistics.

He's 'on the prowl.' Probaby treats his wife like crap, too. Stear clear of this guy. If he worked in my office I'd tell him to keep his home life to himself. That I don't like listening to him talk so badly about the woman he CHOSE to marry.

I think he is just trying to get attention. He wants his co-workers to think so badly of her, maybe they won't want her when she leaves him. It sounds like that man is scared of losing his wife because she is just too good for him.

He is an idiot and he has nothing positive to say about himself. He has poor self esteem so his only way of feeling "cool" around you or others is to put other people "wife" down. He is a friggin jack ***! Tell him to go pound tar

He is a chump. My boss does the same thing and I cant stand it! He's just not happy but wont change the situation. My boss is to analytical & I would not want to be his wife!!
