It depends on what is causing the problem. When this happens a lot of the time it is becasue the weld broke holding a bracket. You may be able to take this bhair to a wleding shop and have them tack it back into the proper position.

If it is a matter of something being bent out of shape, then you can just bend it back to the position where it belongs.

So the answer is, I don't know if you can or not. I'm sure you can though, it is just a matter of is it worth it to fix it?
