Are we talking about the cartoon movie or the Michael Bay movie? The 1980's movie I would give a 8 because of the song that starts when Optimus Prime is coming to fight Megatron. "You got the touch...you got the power...yeah!" It is classic.
As for that Michael Bay film, well, they should have put that song in there. I would probably only give it a 7 1/2, maybe an 8. Maybe.
