Why wouldnt a naturally occuring bodily function be ok for a woman?

It should be. (: Were just like any other person. But still, I think if ANYONE has to fart male or female they should go into a seperate room to do so. Nobody wants to smell that! lol Or... you could do it in front of other people and say someone else did it! lol

Although it may be rude but sometimes we HAVE to do it!! We can't just let our selfs explode! And believe it or not but it's told farting is actually healthy! It's just gas that comes from your bottom and the only reason it stinks is because of where it came from. Ladies/Girls/Females, You shouldn't be shy. Becuase no one really knows who did it anyway.

Well, one can't exactly stop doing it, lol. It's a natural process. For some people it's like telling them to stop breathing. It just can't be done.
