Help with using a pokemon fire red rom?

i use visual boy advanced and it works with all the other roms i downloaded but when i use pokemon fire red it says "the 1m is not installed". does anyone know what to do to solve this ?

Plus ive downloaded five types of pokemon fire red form many websites and file sharing programs and all have said the same thing.

You need to change the save type to "128k".
