Read the book. Reading a book not only gives you a more indepth look at the story and the characters, but it allows you to become a part of the story yourself. With a book, it's your imagination that creates the setting, the tone of the voices, the vividness of the emotion. With a movie, you are told what to see, what to hear, in essence what to think about what is going on, instead of creating your own world out of someone elses story.

I would choose to read the book. Most movies leave out quite a bit. If you choose to see the movie, the book may explain something the movie didn't.

The book cuz they usually leave a lot out in the movies! But sometimes the movies are better than the books

I love reading so I would like to read the book. I like books because they tell you what characters are thinking.

Sometime book - then movie, sometimes just book.
But, I have watched 2 tv series' that were so good I rushed out to buy the books they were adapted from.

I love to read it first and then see the movie version. Then I can see how close my imagination is in sink with what I just read.
