I started to eat really really heathy and I started to gain weight.
(3 lbs!!!)

I decided to stay on my regular schedule and eat my not so heathy food. I mean I do eat a lot of heathy things, but I dont like choclate and ice cream. I am a big fan of soups and salads (soup plantation)
I started to lose weight when I went to my regular eating habits.
I lost more than 3 lbs and I am underweight and I shouldnt be losing weight as told by my doctor.
Why do I gain weight when I eat heathy and lose weight when I eat not so heathy?

You should be eating healthy.

Sounds like your metabolism is high, like mine was when I was a kid.

Eating unhealthy foods will lead you to gaining lots of weight when your metabolism slows down.

Thanks to my slow metabolism when I was a kid, I'm now slightly overweight and fighting to get it off.

Eat healthy from the get go, drink lots of water.

maybe it's just what your chosing to eat. If your eating a lot of carbs then it might make you gain a bit if your not really active.

when u started to eat healthy then you might not have been eating enough calories. therefore your body goes into shut down mode and could lead to your body storing fat because it thinks it is starving
