Theres this super creepy spider stuck inside my window. It made these 3 big brown "sacks" around it, and yesterday I saw it devouring an earwig. its got a large round brown (with like a spiral-ey design on it) behind, and the front half, and legs are a dark translucent orange. I tried to take some pictures of it so you could see the shape, but they didnt turn out too well.. but here they are..

By the markings you describe, I would say brown recluse, but its abdomen is not nearly as big as what seems to be in thepictures. It may, however, be an orb weaver spider, that's what I would guess:

Check here, I would guess an orb weaver variation: http://www.whatsthatbug.com/spiders3.html

*I love you when you don't suck (love the name lol): Orb weavers can bite, but don't worry, they are harmless. ALL spiders have venom, however, an orb weaver's venom is not harmful to humans.

Again, there are many variations to the orb weaver, and just from the shape seen in the pictures, I would bet money that's what it is. I would say get some heavy duty spray and spray the spider and sacs before they hatch.

There is absolutely no chance that this spider is a brown recluse spider nor is it any type of orb weaver, it is nothing more than the common house spider, Achaearanea tepidariorum. It is not venemous and in fact the only time they crawl is too find a place to make a web beause their odd shape and inefficient legs make crawling very difficult which is why they are web specialized, the sacs are indeed egg sacs and if you do not want them then in your house, I reccommend usinfg a news paper or magazine to squash the sacs and they spider if you want, but the spider might get out of the way and the only thing that it will do once it has a web home is eat insects that try and enter your home, They are not venemous to humans and barely ever leave their webs. They are found worldwide so if you want to kill it or relocate it dont worry it is very common.
Here is a site with pictures and the second is more info.

It can kill and eat other bugs that are in your house and has been known to overpower larger insects and is capable of taking down wasps and roches, it won hurt you but dont hesitate trying to remove it from your house

Hey- your pictures are pretty blurry, but based on the abdomen shape, and the colors it looks like it could be a golden orb-weaver.

The males actually do look a lot like brown recluses, but the females are big and fat like your spider. The golden orb-weavers are in the same family that you found, Tetragnathidae. Is her silk gold or yellowish? If so that is most likely what she is.

Your photos are so blurry that it is hard to tell.

I suggest going to Google and do an image search for "spider, wisconsin" and you may be able to find clearer photos of spiders in your state that look like the one in your window. It might take some searching, but chances are, you'll find out.
