Well since i'm a guy and most of my friends are girls, I would have to say that the best way is to be yourself and hang out with them. Talking also helps (just don't do it all the time, as most of us guys don't like girls who talk 24/7).

Well, if you have a great body wear mini skirts and tank tops and really high boots.:) If you don't, then just go up to him, tell him you like him, ask him if he likes you too. The worst thing that could happen is: he dosn't like you, but then he's not worth your time, and you will find someone better.
If you can't get the courage to ask him, get one of your friends to ask him for you, that way, you can get out of embarressment.
If none of the following works for you, then just move on.

What i do is to just have a different perspective of live and to just be myself. yeah i can get a little giddy when a cute guy comes around and starts talking to me and i can be a little flirtateous but hey, if that is what a guy wants then that is what a guy is going to get. Anything that can make a guy happy but is not sexual is what i do.

if he hasnt noticed you by now move to the next guy, he's not interested sweetie, which isnt a prob for you just find the next cutie that will be breathing down your neck for attention that likes you for you no added on gestures to be noticed.

I say be yourself and if that doesnt get you noticed, he's probably not meant to be yours at the moment.

Walk around with your boobs hanging out.. make sure you have a cold beer in one hand and the TV remote in the other... they'll be sure to notice you then.

Let your hair down and wear minimal makeup, but do wear clear lip gloss!
