Very Simply;
the relation between the frequency and the wavelength of a wave is given by;
V= F * lambda "wavelength "
since this is a light wave so its V=C=3*10^8 m/sec
then
F= C/lambda
F= 3*10^8/ (400*10^-9)
F=750*10^12=750Tera Hz

The relationship between frequency, wavelength, and velocity of a wave is as follows:
v = f * lambda
where v is the velocity of the wave, f is its frequency, and lambda is its wavelength.
Light travels at about 3.00*10^8 m/s, so a wavelength of 400 nm gives us:
3*10^8 m/s = f * (400 * 10^(-9) m)
f = 750,000,000,000,000 Hz
f = 750 terahertz

f = c/λ, so if λ = 400 nm (= 400 x 10^-9 m) and c = 3 x 10^8m/s
f = 7.5 x 10^14 Hz, or 750 THz.

Freq(MHz) = 984 / WaveLength(feet)
= 984 / (400e-9 m * 3.281 ft/m)
= 749.8 Tera Herz
