I say definitely.
There's a total dictatorship going on and the maladroit president won't listen to any one but Cheney!

Actually yes.

Our rivers and highways, two of our most critical transportation modes, are in crisis mode and in need of great amount of repair. The gate system in our rivers are falling apart and so are our highways.

Bridges have collapsed and others will to if not repaired soon. Ditto with our gate system. Ships will be stalled, goods will not get to market. There will be a shortage of products. People will get edgy. Cars will run out of gas. Lines will get huge like during the great depression. There will be rioting, looting, pilferage, and bad singing.

Seriously, our infrastructure is falling apart and it is not getting the sensationalistic press that it should be getting.

Yes. The U.S. is literally falling apart! Run! (or get Congress to do something about it).

That is correct. Literally, figuratively, structurally, and any other way you can think of. American Idol and all that other crap is more important to people than where the state's budget is going. You might want to look into some new countries to live in or get your platform started for '08 real soon because nobody on there now is gonna do this place any good. I think you've asked a very valid question though.

What can a handful of men do against the Beast and his power grab

Our voice is gone
Our votes are fixed
They get our taxed income

We are slaves in our own Nation

And if we question them about the corruption - they warn us by letting us know they have left holes open for us get hit again - or they stage it themselves

Our punishment for remaining true to our principals and our Contitution

What sickens me are these sheep who dance and sing every time one of our rights or liberties are stripped due to false flag terror!

One guy - one real hope

Ron Paul

Yes it is falling apart but we can't do anything about it because we are losing our power as American citizens--
The dictatorship will be in place soon...

Not so much falling apart as being turned into a fascist state. Very much rigidly controlled.

Sadly, too many people don't care about their lives being controlled, and the few who do are in the minority.

politicians would rather spend money on things that will get them reelected than on things that nobody sees like bridge maintenance. Bridge maintenance is sometimes as simple as keeping a bridge painted so it won't rust but they don't want to spend the money because their main priority is getting reelcted. Painting bridges doesn't get you votes like fixing potholes does.

It would be a big yes if American citizens remain very casual about what happens around them.
