I need a good cancellation policy and a late payment policy. A woman is paying me $44 per month for 9 months. I have a feeling she will try to stiff me. I need a good cancellation policy, with what is non-refundable, and if she tryies to pay me late (which she will) I need a good late payment policy. I need to wite this contract in 10 minutes! Help quick!

Ten minutes - kind of short.!
In any case, you should try to accompany the contract with some kind of collateral guaranteeing the capital in debt. Also, you could state that delayed payment of any of the monthly installments agreed to determines the obligation on her part to immediately pay the full amount in debt plus interests.

You need to consider how late is late. Do you want to give her a grace period of a week after the due date?
As far as the cancellation policy, you need to decide how much you need to get from her to cover your costs is she cancels.
