I live in La Jolla, CA..my windows are open almost every day of the year.

Crest Pro Health toothpaste is awesome. I didn't think it would be anything special, but as soon as I started brushing I could see why it was a bit more expensive. It really is a great toothpaste. I use the Clinical Gum Protection Soothing Mint flavor. It's not an over-powering minty flavor, and it seems to clean like no other. Would highly suggest you give it a try. Also, alcoholic mouthwash can lead to bad breath, try Crest's Pro Health Mouthwash too. It's non-alcoholic, but it works great. And no, I don't work for Crest :) To repeat, Crest Pro Health, look for the Soothing Mint flavor

It is good to open your windows for at least 1 hr a day to let any germs out and fresh air in.I have to do this because I have a asthmatic kid.Our doctor says opening the windows will get any bad germs out and clean fresh air in .Changing filters alot helps too.I hope I helped

Every chance I get but I live in Texas so it will be a while before I can do that, it is way too hot here.

yes my hubby and I do after work everday until bed time. Our house always seems to smell a bit like cat.
I blame our cat....
