I have often seen restaurants from countries like Mexico, Thailand, Japan, and other "ethnic" countries, but, I have never seen an Australian restaurant. Does any one know why?

i have seen a few mostly pub type places. there really isn't much of a demand from the Australian community.

I believe Australians pretty much eat what American's eat.

For breakfast - cereal, eggs, bacon, toast. etc. For dinner - grilled meats, veggies, pizza, soups, stir-fry's and the such.

um.. Outback Steakhouse? Although technically that's Aussie "themed"
