Wood don't float-- it's too porous. Besides, God knew what was best, and that is why he instructed Noah to build the Arc not the submarine.

There is no current or welding to built submarine. Wooden submarine but the heavy flood comes then the submarine bye bye

That would be awesome! Except, he'd have to make it wayyyy bigger than the ship because submarines have all kinds of controls and stuff.
