ok...I will give you a non-drug remedy:
try taking 2 teaspoons of local honey everyday. It must be local, so that the honey is made with local pollen. By taking the honey, you are exposing yourself to low levels of the allergen to up your resistance. It does really work. My dog has a bad grass allergy, and will get hives all over his legs and chest. But when I top his food with the local honey every day, he is fine.
Hope this helps. You might still need medication when allergy counts are up really high, but it might help you manage your symptoms.

Over-the-counter medication like Allegra or Benadryl are allergy remedies, or just go to the doctor and he'll find out the real reasonf or your allergies and a cure for them.

lol anyway you should get a test done to see what your allergic to. If you dont want to get the test then try these. Nasacort, Rhinacort, clainex, clariten.
Hope this helps. I use some of them because i have bad allergies.

It could be one of two things, asthma or Hayfever. You really do need to see your Doctor and have him/ her diagnose the problem. Dont just take anything as it could do more harm than good
