that word ( don't know how to spell it properly) is a type of sauce and it is extremely hard to pronounce!

It's named after an English county. Worcestershire, which is pronounced like 'Wusstersheer' (Some say Wusster shyer)

Worcestershire. If, when you spell it, you think "wor," then "cester," then "shire," you will always spell it correctly. However, when pronouncing it, you say "worse-tur-shur."

Try mixing some in your ground beef the next time you grill a burger - yummy!!
