My story is this: I can't remembr when my last period was--I am extremely irregular in regards to my menstral cycle but I'm thinking end of Jule very early July. I have been completely exhausted since the begining of July and mid July I have noticed that my boobs have swelled up significantly (not that I'm complaining) I took a preg test in the begining week of july and then another a week and half later (both were negative). Finally I went to the Doc's office a week ago today and it was positive with a faint line and I got my HCG test results taken on Monday which were 486. Is that number too low to be feeling Frequent urination, sore boobs and being extremely irritable? I have had a miscarriage once before (In April) so I'm VERY anxious that this little miracle sticks with me. If anyone can give me any advise please please don't hesitate.
Thanks so much!

I didn't start to get any symptoms with my son (my first) until I was about 6 weeks pregnant, and my levels were very low too, but I had a perfect pregnancy tand now have a very healthy 5 year old boy.

With my second, I sarted to have symptoms quite literally days after conception, I knew I was pregnant before I missed my period, because I was irritable, nauseous at most smells and had sore boobs, however, my levels were much higher. Despite that, everything went well until I almost miscarried at 16 weeks, they managed to stop the contractions, but I was on bed rest for most of my pregnancy. My daughter is now 9 weeks and doing great, she was 12 days late in the end!!

I think the beginning and first signs don't really tell you what's to come, I also miscarried in 2005, and I didn't have any symptoms, I could only have been 3 or 4 weeks pregnant though.

Good luck, and congrats! I hope it all goes great!

*Mummy to Alex, 5, and Encarni, 9 weeks*

My sister is 7 weeks along and she felt pregnant before her period was even due. And they weren't trying ... she just had an instinct. So perhaps your instincts are telling you something .... however, you need to remember a few things. Firstly, implantation happens 8-10 days after ovulation, so if you're not expecting your period in under 5 days the chances of having implanted already is slim and you don't get symptoms until implantation (because that's when the hCG hormone starts being produced). Secondly, PMS and pregnancy share symptoms, as they're both produced by progesterone. It's very annoying! But you're right, man women get pregnant as soon as they stop 'trying', so this might be your month. I hope so -- good luck!!!

Just from being pregnant 3 times, it sounds to me like you definitely are, and no, it is not too early to be feeling what you are feeling. My daughter is now 8 weeks pregnant, and has been feeling exhausted, nauseaus, and is experiencing the breast tenderness, and enlarging. She is also starting to get the slightest hint of a pooch at her midline. The frequent urination is something that never went away during my entire pregnancy. You will only continue to feel irritable for a few more weeks, maybe a month, and then things will start feeling better. Good Luck!!

I started feeling all the symptoms like a week before I got the positive test. Just take really good care of yourself and try not to worry too much (I know its hard, Im worrying too) Good luck with everything.

I remember "feeling pregnant" as soon as I was...BEFORE I even found out for sure that I was pregnant.
November 6 was the first day of my last period. By around November 25 or 26 (when I left for a short road trip), I knew something was different.
The main thing I knew was different: I couldn't go more than 2 hours without getting hungry. It was wild how instantly I became hungrier.
Two weeks later I found out I was pregnant with my first child.

(She will be 1 in 2 weeks!!)

I had frequent urination (went like 7 times in 8 hours), sore nipples, my uterus was hard and felt weird inside, I kept getting lil fluttering/pinching sensations. I also had "hot flashes" and also a backache. All this was going on by 7DPO (days past ovulation). So don't let people tell you that you can't have symptoms until you are like 4-6 weeks pregnant or more!!!

One week after conception with my first child, I knew I was pregnant, when I could no longer stand the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Then, my breasts were very sore, & I was gagging every time I ate.

I started getting nauseous at only 3 weeks along, so I was actually only 1 week pregnant. It is different for everyone. ! only had a couple of days where I felt ill.
