so this girl i know has been hanging out with this really nice guy but shes a dummy and when the girl and the guy were hanging out she also had to watch her little sister so she brought her along but then they went inside and she left her little sister in the car. well i guess her little sister started crying and neighbors called the police. can the girl go to jail for this??? isn't she so heartless??

Yes, she can get in trouble. If the guy had knowledge of the situation, he could as well. Lets hope they don't breed.

Not only is she heartless, but she's also very, very stupid! She's lucky nothing happened to the child, like getting hurt, or being abducted, putting the car in gear and rolling away into people or other cars, etc. Also, this "nice guy" can't be that nice or he wouldn't have allowed her to LEAVE the child in the car in the first place. She may not end up going to jail, but she might end up in "juvi" depending upon her age.

If you're the "nice guy" in the story, run the other way because she's a total moron. I don't know if she can go to jail but she can get into trouble.

If she is under-age, yes. And i agree w/ the above. She should not be allowed to breed. Should we sue her parents for making her too???
