Obama is underscoring his total LACK of any understanding of foreign policy.
NOW he wants to attack our only friendly nation in that immediate vicinity. Keep in mind they are a nuclear power.
What an idiot! Trash-can him.

Get it right people.
It's the same thing that intelligence has been saying since 2001. Osama is in Afghanistan and Pakistan. You finally have a Presidential candidate with enough sack to tell you the truth, who has also been behind the war in Afghanistan and you want to dismiss him because he doesn't support Iraq.
This is where the war on terror should have been waged: In Afghanistan and Pakistan, where the enemy is. And understand why Musharref gets the aid he gets from us: To catch terrorists. If he's not doing the job then we have to get the terrorists. This isn't a game of tag where your mom's Caravan was the "safe" spot. This is and has been an enemy that wants to come and kill you.
Take a moment and think about it without the talking points in your face and you will see the logic.

I wonder if anyone bothered to read what he said.
No spin, ONLY THE DIRECT QUOTE:
"Let me make this clear, There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again. It was a terrible mistake to fail to act when we had a chance to take out an al-Qaida leadership meeting in 2005. If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will."
"Pakistan must make substantial progress in closing down the training camps, evicting foreign fighters, and preventing the Taliban from using Pakistan as a staging area for attacks in Afghanistan," Obama said or they will lose aid money.

The funny thing is, what Obama said is nothing new. Has anyone bothered to listen to him in the past or read his web site? This is not new.

He won't be getting my vote (not on this issue, or on his ethinic makeup), so I don't think he'll get the chance to invade anyone.
