this has always puzzled me for a very long time.most boyfreinds and now my husband all do this, can anyone shed any ideas on why this is.

i can honestly say he is not holding his willy while his hand is down his pants he just has it just inside the waiste band. so this has nothing to do with our sex life or wether or not i play with it.

Well it could be, because he has an itch. Some guys have dry skin and it can get itchy so they have their hands down there a lot scratching.
Some men are just comfortable with the moment and themselves that they feel they can go and give it a little tug when it suits them.
My BF does this a lot. He'll be in the office working on his MBA stuff and he's got one hand on his penis and the others is typing away. I have noticed that the more sex that we have, the less he does play with it!!

I am a guy and sometimes find myself doing this without realising, I'm not touching my genitals either. The only reason I can think of is it does quite a good job of keeping my hands warm. Also when I sit or lie down and my arms and hands are relaxed they end up resting in that general area anyway, be as well enjoying the heat too!😂

I'm sure it depends what they are watching and boys will be boys. You may find it better if you put your hand down his pants while he is watching tv, the result could go two ways.

Honestly...they are way too comfortable in their enviroments! Too lazy to remove their hands from their pants from the first itch, let alone put it back in for the second itch. Maybe we should start burping, farting, and scratching ourselves in front of them. Think they would see it different then?

Actually, I am a women, and I do this. For me, it's just comfortable. It a nice warm place to put my hand. My boyfriend always jokes with me and says "where are your hands." lol.

someones gotta do it...maybe you arent doing your job effectively.
In fact I do think there is a corealtion here. I found my hands down my pants more often as my sex life dwindled...it only makes sense.
