It seems that the Liberals are the ones who wish to crush talk radio. Their PC speech bans far outnumber those of the Rebups. McCain-Fiengold bill (a Rino and a Liberal). Shall we mention the riots at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago?

He probably would have left it because I'm sure he wants those benefits too, but the fifth amendment he might have added that lying is a constitutional right.
