The leader of the House is called the Speaker of the House and is currently Nancy Pelosi. The majority leader of the House is Steny Hoyer and the minority leader John Boehner. The President of the Senate is the Vice President, Dick Cheney. He rarely presides over the chamber, rather the President pro tempore (for the time) does, who is Robert C. Byrd. The Senate's majority leader is Harry Reid and minority leader Mitch McConnell.

The question was already answered correctly, but how funny was this...
"There is no president of the House and Senate - you should sue your public school system."
I find it hilarious when pompous idiots try to claim some sort of intellectual superiority, and prove otherwise in the same sentence.
I guess anon has never read Article 1, Section 3 of the Constitution...
"The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate"
