1] try a men's body wash or shampoo to clean his pits/parts/feet.
2] switch to a better [ stronger ] antiperspirant, with more active ingredient
3] try shaving the pits - both my sons do it in the summer, because 'they smell better'. [ swimmers, body builders, etc., do it.]
4] keep baby wipes [ non-alcohol ] AND antiperspirant in desk at work, to freshen up
Make sure all the scents match!
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day [ flushes out toxins ]
7] eat lots [ three a day ] of fruits, veggie, and whole grain bread, cereal, rice, and pasta.[ scrubs out toxins ]

He needs to consult with a physician. That odor may well be a sign of something else going on with his health, and needs to be medically evaluated.

What's he eating? ANYthing smelling wll lite him up-onions, garlic, broccoli, etc. Start by taking all teh "stinch" foods out of the picture-then add one and see what happens. Do this with all his favorite "vapor foods" and see if one triggers it-If not, see your Doc.

Have him see a doctor to find the cause and to treat it. There are now medical solutions to such problems and they are fairly easy to treat.

If he's hairy, removing it will help. More will evaporate and less will stick to him.
He may need to change his diet, too.
