Two steps and some simple math:

1: measure under your breasts.
2: measure at the fullest part of your chest

now: take number 1 and add 4 inches if even or 5 inches if odd. (different rules if number 1 is over 38, add 2 if even and 3 if odd) (this is your band size); Subtract that from number 2. It should be a number from 0-6 or so. Round to a full number - no halves. If it's a negative number then you're a AAA

Let's say 1 is 32" and 2 is 37" -- your band size is 36 (32+4) and subtract that from 37 and get 1 -- that makes you a 36A

if that number is:
0=AA
1=A
2=B
3=C
4=D
5=DD/E
6=EE/F
etc...

whatever you come up with as the right size - go try some on. See what feels best on you. If you're not certain at that point, get a bra fitter to help you. Remember too, different styles and brands will fit differently.

Easy. Measure around your ribs just under your boobs. This is your bra size. Then measure around your boobs at the fullest part. The difference is your cup size. Let's say your rib measurement is 36. You measure your boobs and it reads 40. You would wear 36D. :)

while wearing a bra measure where your band is now get that number like i have 33 (round up to even numbers) so mine is 34
then measure your boobs at th point where they are there fullest and mine is a 37
then you subtract your boob size form your band size and for every inch that it is bigger then its a cup bigger liek 1"=A 2"=B 3"=C 4"D and so on
then take your band size and add 4 to it
so mine is a 38C
