If you are concerned about it , you must display some annoying characteristics, which if you were aware of them , you might try to conceal, which would make you not annoying, though the act of not being your true self might come off as being a phony which may in itself be an annoying thing about you.
It's best not to worry about it.

Annoyance only has to do with the person who is annoyed. Without that person, there is no annoyance. If you're annoyed by your own self, well then the answer is yes, since you can't get rid of yourself. Otherwise the answer is no.
