I know someone that hit a parked car, and ended up on someones yard. When the cops got there he was found under the legal limit of alcohol but he is not 21 yet so it still counts as a DUI. They also found some mariguana just enough to know he was smoking it. Thank god that no one got hurt. He already has a court date, can some one please tell me what you think the judge is going to do? other than not having a licsence for a long time.

in trouble-free words. sure. each and every thing is affected while extra awareness is won. possibly no longer the effect itself, however the potential for effect. The extra concentrated the understanding, the extra...or much less...issues would be impacted. think of blunt device as against wonderful device. occasion: in case you get carry of a precognitive flash that tells you which you will die in a food market, then you definately will in all likelihood in no way circulate to a food market for something of your existence. despite if, if the flash became extra particular in day, time, way, you're much less vulnerable to completely inconvenience your self. interior the tip, despite if the result's a similar, the mere presence of opportunities can replace the result. Now if the question became "would understanding the result, unavoidably replace the result?", then i'd say that relies upon on each and each guy or woman difficulty/person.

DUI plus the drug charge -- two convictions (probably) -- a good bet some jail time (at a guess, for first offense, probably less than a year -- maybe just a few months) -- plus several years probation

it depends on the state. Some states have mandatory jail time for driving under the influence.
