Al-Anon and CoDA both address these issues. I don't know which is best though.

Codependancy of self or alcahol. Self has no "12 step process" but alcahol treatments do. Your question is vague. I would address this by internet. Put the words "Treatment for Codependancy" in the search field. You might get your question answered better there.
