Disney Channel has Talent Searches occasionally, such as this one last November:
http://apsc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/talentsearch/
The "Disney Channel Talent Search 2007" in the UK is just about wrapped up, but I will post new Disney Channel Talent Searches on my Answers "about me" section when they become available.
There are NO current Disney Channel Open Calls scheduled.
Disney Channel has canceled any plans for Open Talent Searches due to the overwhelming turnout at these events. The popularity and success of the shows on the Disney Channel has made it extremely difficult to handle the crowd control and maintain the safety of the participants.
Currently the casting of the shows on the Disney Channel are being conducted through standard industry procedures.

NEVER go to an audition that you hear about on the radio or see in the newspaper unless it's a real audition from Disney. If you see it that way and it's really from Disney it will be all over their website and stations too. If not then it's a FAKE ad for John Robert Powers or some other company trying to lure kids and their families into their SCAM. Al lthey want is your money, run the other way!
To audition for Disney, you need many things to fall into place. First you need an agent who can get you the audition and that will happen in Los Angeles. The agent will not see you in the first place unless you have solid training and a great resume or a personal reference from someone the agent knows. Once you get the agent, you take whatever auditions and jobs come your way whether or not they are Disney. You have to have the right look, be the right height, have the right hair & eye color & of course the talent to knock their socks off! If you can walk in the door and blow them away, then you have a shot. Even then so many things can happen where you do not get the part and they have nothing to do with your talent so you have to be able to take rejection well and not take any of it personally. They may have LOVED you, but you were too tall or too pretty (can't outshine that leading man now can we!)
Start by taking acting classes, voice lessons and dance classes. Move on to auditioning for student films & independants. Then come back and ask about getting an agent and I'll galdly give you all the info.
Start here:
www.backstage.com - do a casting search
www.actorsaccess.com - create a free account, click on breakdowns
You can also see if your state has a film alliance / commission / society or whatever your state calls theirs (some have more than one). Sometimes they post audition information for projects filming locally. Just do a search for your state name and film and see what you get. if it's not much add one of the key words above.
good luck!

Sometimes they post auditions on their site. Keep your resume and headshot up to date and keep checking for when the auditions are. As far as I know they are currently looking for people for HSM4, the new jonas bros show, the new Demi Lavato show and Miley Cirus's show. Though I heard those last week, so it is possible that it has since changed. But if you keep working, it is possible to get a shot.

I would suggest getting an agent to submit a video of yourself to Buena Vista Studios on your behalf. But keep in mind, there are litterally thousands and thousands of kids auditioning every single year for twenty spots on that show.
