if its standard yahoo scoring, and with the caveat that you should always take the best player available, i'd say:
RB
RB
WR
QB
WR
RB
QB
WR
TE
WR
K
DEF
W/R
RB

Personally i try to go for rb's first then def or wr/ te i don't know if your in an auction league but a lot of people will tell you to go for a QB in the first couple of rounds but the truth of the matter is you only play 1 QB a week and can always get a good QB in later rounds. last year i waited till later rounds and ended up with brees and Pennington witch worked out just fine people who waste there first picks on a QB unless its manning usually don't win seasons just a couple of weeks. And this is coming from a 1st place team

Ok key to a winning teams in draft order.
1.Rb, always pick a rb first
2.Qb or RB, which ever you like better, usually pick a rb but if someone like peyton is on the board pick him up.
3.Qb or RB, which ever one you didn't pick #2
4.WR, always need a strong reciever
5.WR or RB, which ever you like better, hint you probably should put a rb at the W/R position
6.WR or RB, which ever one you didn't pick at #5
7.TE, who ever you feel strongly about to start at TE
8.DEF, get a strong defense but never make the mistake of drafting a defense to early
9.QB, WR, or Rb, pick the strongest remaining player for a back up
10.QB, WR, or Rb, select someone from a different position then #9
11.QB, WR, or RB, differenty position than #'s 9 and 10
12. WR, or RB, pick opposite position from whoever is playing at W/R
13.K, your starting Kicker
14. TE, your back-up TE
Helpful hints
1.Always draft your kicker 2nd to last in front of your back-up TE.
2. make sure your back-ups have a diferent bye week than the starters
3.Make sure you DEF, K, and TE all have different bye weeks, So that when they have a bye you drop your back-up TE and pick-up the new position you need.

First 2 picks should be RB, then either a solid QB or WR. Usually K and Def towards the bottom.

This is pretty much my order. 1. Best available player (QB RB WR) 2. RB is I didn't get one yet otherwise best QB or WR 3. Get the position I didn't get yet out of the three 4. RB 5. WR 6. TE 7. Defense 8. Backup QB 9. RB 10.WR 11. Kicker 12. Whatever I need and so on....

Let "best available player" be your rule. Don't get hung up on getting a position in a given round.
You can use Average Draft Position on a cheat sheet to determine a players value. For example, If Steve Smith is sitting there in the third round, with an ADP of mid-second round, pick 19 overall, you are getting good value.
When all else fails, you can't have enough running backs.

It always depends on who is still there.I have won very competitive leagues and I like to get 2 backs as soon as I can.But then their is the where do I take Peyton question that everybody asks themselves if they have the 3rd or 4th pick.He is the only non rb that should ever be taken in the first round.Get your Qb later.

Always draft based on value (the best remaining player available). Good source of info and value based draft guides can be found at rotowire.com and draftchamps.com
