Drink a warm cup of water with an eighth, quarter, half or full teaspoon of powdered herbal cayenne(chili) in it. Do whatever amount you can at least three times a day. Not only will this benefit you in a myriad of ways, but for your question it thins the blood to the consistency of ink, so you get more blood to the brain. You never get headaches of any kind ever again. Takes about 5 days to accumulate the body to the water/cayenne powder mixture. Also, it prevents and helps heal 11 major diseases and is known as natures most effective and natural healer.

sometimes i'll have someone put a hand on my forehead and one on the back of my head and squeeze as hard as they can for a few seconds and then let go. i don't know why this works for me but it helps relieve some of the tension in my head. you could drink a little bit of green tea since caffeine can sometimes help a headache, but can also cause them too if you drink too much. you could also try inhaling some peppermint oil or apply it to your temples. tiger balm also works the same way.

Two herbs: feverfew and white willow bark.

If it's a migraine: butterbur.

Also Sinus Buster has both a headache formula and a migraine formula that often works instantly.

Good luck and be well.

When I have a migraine, sometimes the only way I can get relief is with a chiropractic adjustment.
If they are not that bad you might try: cold compress, heat or cold on your neck, massage, sleep, caffeine, protein.
Hope that helps.

HeadOn is a homeopathic headache reliever. I'm sure you've seen the commercials. It really works though, every time for me.
