Duncan will spank Oden...he has the experience Oden doesn't, he has a more dependable shot...n Oden just might foul out before the second half...did u watch the summer league??? how many other players fouled up to what....ten times??? besides that guy Yi...i'm Filipino, so im not biased...i just don't like him as a player...Yi, not Oden..well i don't like either, really...

I think it is going to be a great test not only for Greg Oden, but the Blazers entire team. The Spurs will win and the battle between the bigs I would give a very little edge to Duncan, but if the game is close the league better watch out for the Blazers. It is going to be a great game! Roy has a lot of work to do as well, guarding either Manu or Parker is going to be a tough task to handle. But the Spurs may have trouble with the tall front line of Oden and Aldridge, but Duncan, Oberto, Elson, and Horry are smart defenders and can handle their own. I can see the Spurs settling into a zone forcing the outside shot and getting the ball away from Oden.

Greg Oden may be good in the future, but Tim Duncan is one of, if not the best at his position at the current moment. He just won another NBA title last season and will most likely wipe out the rookie Greg Oden in this game.

I feel really bad that oden has to come into the nba and play the best tall man in the game (well duncan and shaq are tied).... hes gonna get smoked pretty badly... but it will help him in the long run.....

I think Greg Oden could destroy Tim Duncan on both sides of the floor. Oden is quicker off his feet and seems to play with a lot more energy, not to mention that Oden is way more athletic.
