In my opinion, its perfectly fine.
If she feels more comfortable being intimate with men, it doesn't take away from her attraction to women.
Sexuality (the realm of sex) is not meant to be boxed, doesn't need to be categorized, there are no rules or regulations (except for mutual consent,) there is no certain way of doing it right, other than maybe stimulating and gratifying all parties involved.
Besides, she is still young, 23, she has plenty of time to explore her sexuality.
People should express themselves however they feel is true to their nature, whether through "bisexuality", "lesbianism", "polyamory", and all those other terms we use to describe our specific interests.
And her exploration of sex doesn't need to stop in marriage either, I know bisexual women and men who are involved in open marriages or relationships and are very happy.
I myself was in an open relationship, it was the best experience I've ever had with someone I cared so much for.
So, again, no need to set limits, she can be happy, open and flexible with her sexuality in and out of relationships, its all up to her and her partners' views and disposition.

Well, the whole idea of being bisexual, is to like men, also. You can't be sure if she's had relations with women.
And bisexual women or lesbians can have a family and babies as well. We're not as limited as people think.

Then she's a bisexual who hasn't yet found a woman in real life who sparks her flame and wants to have a family and kids. Trust the girl. She knows herself better than you do.

It means she's bisexual but wants to have a straight life. I can relate, I'm the same way.

She's probably bi-curious then...Just tell her to try it out and see how she likes it...She needs to experiment a little until she knows what she really wants.
