The other day, some fresh peaches got frozen in the refridergator at work (the thermostat was out of whack). We were going to use them for a summer program and we ended up just peeling them, cutting them up and throwing them in the blender. We also had some leftover mangos from another program and tossed them in as well with some milk...MMMMMMM! Best smoothie I have ever had! No need for sugar or anything else! Tasted like nector. WOW! The kids absolutely loved it, couldn`t stop coming back for more.

Also, Mango lassi (mango and yougurt with a little bit of honey).MMMMM!

Shove some fruit in a blender add some yogurt and give it a mix and there you. If that don't work get some frozen smoothie mix usually on the frozen aisle in asda. Its easier to.

A lot of recipes call for yogurt but who the hell keeps that on hand. I put ice, milk, and fresh or frozen strawberries (you could use any fruit and if possible add some of the juice) into the blender and then add a small amount of sugar.

Throw frozen fruit in the blender. Usually frozen strawberrys from the frozen food section at the grocery store and a couple of frozen bananas that I put in the freezer overnight. I've tried adding some plain yogurt, but that never seems to turn out right.

I would most definitely buy a smoothie mix, preferable Strawberry-Banana, buy a Smoothie Making machine, add some low-fat milk, pour in the Strawberry-Banana smoothie mix, turn on the machine, and blend until it is super duper smooth.

I just made one this morning actually...

I like to get my favorite yogurt (any flavor will do), and I put it in a bowl and freeze it for about 45 min, just until it's the consistency of softened ice-cream.
Add cold milk (sorry, I don't measure-I just add it in) and blend away! *Soymilk will work too!

*Also, if you'd like, you could use your favorite fruit juice (orange, apple, cranberry) in place of the milk. AND if it's not sweet enough, add a teaspoon of honey.

It's super quick and easy to make, and it does not have a ton of ingredients. Very healthy!

i do about a cup of strawberries, 1 half a banana, about a half cup of pineapple, a whole tangerine or peach, about 1/3 a cup of milk and crushed ice, it's usually sweet enough to not need sweetener. i think yogurt makes it a little tart
