Seriously: one can thank one's fellow men and women for racism of any sort. How many Anglo-Saxons have you ever talked with, to find out WHY they are racist? Maybe they were offended by rude or violent behaviour by people of other races.
For example, one of my dearest friends was harassed at the hospital in Chicago's West Side by an African American woman. My friend was just standing by the directory board, trying to get some information. The woman pushed up against her, for no reason that we can figure.
I've heard much how Blacks discriminate against not only Whites, but against Jews, Asians, and Latin Americans. So if there is some resentment against this, maybe this is part of the "fuel" which keeps the flames of racism burning.
Racism is an "interactive" thing. People who are abusive are often abused before in life. As a non-African, I have been the target of hate stares, discrimination in a workplace setting, mugging, and harrassment in other ways. Because of a F

Sorry for stuttering: ... because of a FEW BLACKS, I was framed for alleged negligence and dereliction of duty.
People kept telling me that I was the target of racial discrimination and harassment. I didn't want to believe that in this day and age, folk still discriminated and harassed because of race or gender. Oh, I was so naif, so trusting, so FOOLISH!
So food was taken out of my children's and wife's and my mouth because of FALSE ACCUSATION. I was wrung and hung up to dry, by people who their own selves had denied me EQUAL PROTECTION and TREATMENT under the LAW. I have summed up an ugly truth, so help me G-d.
I have asked for the wisdom to forgive mine enemies, to let go the grievances, and to love mine enemies. But I must speak TRUTH to POWER. What comes around goes around. Be not afraid to testify what is true, even if it be a cruel fact. AS Saint Paul said, "The truth shall set you free!"
Can we give peace a chance? Another chance? Never give up y'all!

gypsee & cai can: you all ain't reading carefully. I am not blaming all African people, and I don't fail to blame any racists of any colour. That goes for some of you other brothers & sisters.
My friend did nothing, just standing there trying to read the directory board. If you want to know what I think she did, is she was white and IN THE WRONG NEIGHBOURHOOD. WEST SIDE CHICAGO VA. O.K.? That was the security guard who did that.
So this one is for all y'all who are in DENIAL, which ain't no RIVER in EGYPT, baby. Read this and weep!
P.S. I don't feel sorry for my self. I feel sorry for an ignorant posterior. U know what I mean? Dig it!

1. "reverse discrimination" is a misnomer. discrimination is discrimination, no matter WHO is perpetrating it. "reverse discrimination" would in fact be "incrimination". something completely different.
2. every race has their share of @ssholes. that's life, chief.

I think that's insane. Why didn't the black men pass? Did they get the same grades as the others and perform just as well, and then get told "no" because they aren't the right colour? Then that is discrimination, plain and clear. However, if they didn't pass the test because they didn't perform well enough....whose fault is that? If I were on the bench I'd be examining the tests to see what happened. If the black guys failed because they didn't do well enough, I'd tell them to suck it up and rule in favour of reinstating the test results and let the fire department select someone to promote from those who passed. Equality doesn't always mean equal outcome, but it should mean equal opportunity. If those men had the same opportunity to pass as the white men did, and they blew it, too darn bad. Try harder next time. It irks me when stuff like this happens and people automatically turn it into a race issue. It's ridiculous.

If a person has wronged you, it's understandable for you to dislike that person. You shouldn't hate an entire race for it, because the entire race did nothing wrong.
I have been the victim of racism (not reverse racism, racism is racism no matter what races are on either side). When I was in middle school, a friend and I sat at a table in the cafeteria and were told by the kids already sitting there that we had to leave because we were white. We refused, and one of the boys threw our trays of food on the floor. We were called awful named and humiliated in front of everyone in the room.
I was angry at those kids. I avoided them for the rest of the year. But did I avoid all the black kids at school because of what three or four did? No.
I can understand how someone could become angry with an entire race because of the wrongs of only a few, but honestly, if they're close minded enough to let that tern them into racists, I have very little faith in their intelligence.

You know, I think you could, but I'm thinking it may fall on deaf ears, no one cares if black people are racist, only if whitey is...I've been subject to the same sorts of things, and you'll find that racism comes in any color. But it IS some of the fuel that keep racism alive, people cannot forget the past, and they should not either, but not let it affect the present. I was molested by a black guy when I was a little kid, but I'm not racist, though maybe that DOES give me very good reason to be, I'm still not, because I realise that not every one of them are like that. But as I said, no one will give a crap if a black, Hispanic, Asian, or whoever is racist, just if white people are, because white people are "The Man" or whatever...this world will never be equal for anyone as long as thoughts like that are still hanging around.

First of all there is no such thing as REVERSE discrimination. Discrimination is JUST discrimination and anyone can suffer from it.
Secondly, your friend wasn't discriminated against because someone bumped into them. I also live in Chicago. When I park my car and get on the bus, white people bump into me all the time. I don't say they trying to be racist because they bumped into me, they're just clumsy.

Why is this entire question against blacks? Why are you making it seem like its every race against blacks? It's people like you that make racism still rampant. I have never said one racist remark my entire life, yet I still face racism, from whites, Asians, and Hispanics. But I don't go on here blaming people. You should be ashamed.

Ok...were you there when this happened? What did your friend do to cause this?...I don't think it would have been done for no reason...Hospitals have cameras everywhere...it sounds like this is false or your racist friend got her *** kicked...
So then if your story is true..press charges...Trust me there is a tape...But beware, Hospital have excellent lawyers working for them.
