Neo- meaning New. Com- meaning Communist.
They get it confused with Neo-Con... New Conservative
Probably because of all the mis-spellings at this site.

I know, I like it. People who have no idea what a neo-con is throw that term at anyone who isn't a liberal. Maybe they should learn what a neo-con is before using the term.
