The book is my old McDonalds orientation crew guide from when I worked at McDonalds. The author is apparently McDonalds. I know it's not exactly stimulating reading but it's what happened to be closest to me at the moment.

SOUPS OR CHILI. Are you sure these are piping hot? Some employees don't clean out the crocks between uses but simply add more to the top and mix. Let's say there's probably more of a cheese layer of the BOTTOM of your french onion soup than the top.

It's a book called "Consider This... Questions that Make you Think" compiled by Barbara Ann Kipfer. It's on the counter in my kitchen so I can wrap it to give to my nephew as he heads off to college.
p.123 only has 5 sentences
the fifth is:
"Is it okay to avoid work if we can get away with it?"
