It's doubtful if you ask me, and even if it does, it will never live up to anyone's expectations after all these years. G'N'R only ever put out one good album their first one.
and they aren't really g'n'r anymore it's just axl and some session musicians!

Seriously wtf it's been like Axl's only been working on it for 12 years!!! And Axl keeps attempting to tour to promote his "upcoming" album, but his own bitchy temper keeps getting in the way and his tours keep getting cancelled. Seriously, is anyone even really interested in Chinese Democracy anymore? Meanwhile, Velvet Revolver have released 2 albums in the past 3 years and have toured almost constantly, not to mention all of Slash's side projects over the years. WTF?
