Hey!! Sorry...I guess I didn't make the question clear enough...I mean: What is the one thing that you cannot be born without and live to an old age? In other words if you were born without an ear you can survive...If you were born without skin you couldn't...All Humans have this and cannot survive to a ripe old age without it!! Put your thinking caps on people!!!
