If I am completely honest, Id admit to the fact that \i have lost control of being neat and tidy. Hah . It was a constant battle to keep living environment under control while keeping fulltime jobs plus other commitments. For now, I admit defeat, declare that I have lost the battle, Perhaps in another 6 months, I might (?) regain control again. That time, the puppy will be older. LOL.

Deffinatley my career. I wouldn't say I've lost control so much as gave up control. I find once you get yourself into a financial position, it is hard to change jobs, which often means starting at the bottom again, financially and responsibility wise.

I see rank and odious mediocrity rewarded all around me. I sometimes rather perversely wish I could subvert my intellect in order to work more, as my career in the arts is all project-based.

But I'm incapable of doing that. Thank God!

Employment. I don't know what's worse, the morons who get hired, or the idiots who do the hiring. Corps lay people off without a 2nd thought, and human resource people play god when it comes time to hire someone. Credentials and talent don't mean anything these days.

Lost, no, relinquished, yes. Now I just have to find the cajones to take it back.
