I like everybody until they give me pretty good reason as an individual not to.

I couldn't say I actively dislike any percentage of the population. There are a number of individuals that I don't care for, but those are people I actually know and have a good reason not to like. It says some very bad things about your personality if you can go around disliking people that you don't even know.

0%. I only passively dislike a large percentage of people - here and abroad. It stems from respecting individuality while not respecting sheeple. Even those I dislike, I only dislike a small percentage about them, and that changes too.
Hate is bad - normally a waste of time that causes mistakes, and only through mutual understanding and respect can we improve. If that's too much to reach for, remember the chinese proverb, "wait long enough and your enemy's body will float down the river."
