I need car help. My cig lighter wont work. I need to know what fuse to replace.Is there a website online?

1994 grand marqui. Is there a site that will show me a chart? I don't have the owners manual.

There should be a chart on the fuse box. should show witch fuse to replace and what volt it is. Otherwise without a manual just turn off the car and remove each fuse carefully til you find a blown one.
